Assistant Supervisor (Ramp Services)

As a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor at HAECO Hong Kong, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of aircraft cabins. Here's what you will be doing: - Able to maintain the aircraft cleaning quality in respect of agreed standards and aircraft turnaround times. - Execute the tasks assigned by Officer (Ramp Services). - Motivate cleaning crews to complete aircraft cleaning on time & meet the required standard. - Ensure that safety procedures are strictly complied with by frontline staff. - Lead several crews of cleaners to complete routine / non-routine cleaning tasks. - Supervise subordinates to perform assigned tasks. - Handle documentation effectively. - Coordinate with different sections within the department to solve problems. - Interpret precision time schedule (PTS) to maintain on-time performance (OTP). - Comply with different customers" cleaning and dressing requirements. - Interpret the audit mechanism and sustain the cleaning quality. - Execute any tasks assigned by superiors. What You'll Need: - Seeking business opportunities for Ramp Services sustainable development. - Assist Head of Section (Ramp Services) to oversee daily operations of Ramp Services. - Lead teammates to accomplish assigned tasks. - Completion of Secondary education or equivalent. - 1-2 years of experience in the service industry. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written. - Willingness to work shift duties and overtime. - Possession of an HK driving license is an advantage.
