Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing team activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, providing feedback and guidance to team members, and reporting progress to upper management. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to foster a productive team environment.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
