Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor based in Basti. The Assistant Supervisor will support the supervisor in managing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role involves overseeing staff, implementing processes, monitoring performance metrics, and providing guidance or feedback. Additional responsibilities include problem-solving, scheduling, and supporting the achievement of organizational goals. Qualifications Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills to manage, guide, and work collaboratively with the team. Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and handling operational tasks efficiently. Effective communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of health, wellness, or fitness industry practices and standards is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desired. Ability to work onsite in Basti and manage responsibilities effectively within the work environment.
