Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible female Store Manager to efficiently run our clothing store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations, staff, and customer service with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioningGreet and assist customers, providing excellent customer serviceManage inventory, restocking, and merchandisingHandle billing, cash management, and POS operationsSupervise and train store staffMaintain cleanliness and organization of the storeMonitor sales and help improve store performancePromote new arrivals, offers, and maintain visual appeal

Requirements: Female candidates only Minimum 10+2 or Graduate Prior retail or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel) Responsible, honest, and presentable Passion for fashion and styling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
