Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operations: Manage daily shifts, ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold health/safety standards (HACCP, etc.). Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees; foster a positive culture. Financials: Meet sales targets, control labor/food costs, manage budgets, and analyze performance reports. Customer Service: Implement strategies for guest retention, handle complaints, and ensure exceptional service. Inventory & Supplies: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and waste management. Marketing: Execute promotions and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.  Key Skills & Qualifications Leadership, communication, problem-solving. Experience in QSR or hospitality. Knowledge of financial management, inventory, and food safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.  Typical Duties Supervising staff on the floor. Creating work schedules. Analyzing sales data. Handling administrative tasks and reporting. Promoting upsells and new menu items.
