We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Assistant Store Manager to support our daily operations, lead the team with energy, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a story. If you’re organized, people-focused, and love fashion, you’ll feel right at home with us. ⸻ 🔑 Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve targets • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service • Handle customer queries, exchanges, and escalations • Monitor inventory, stock levels & coordinate with the warehouse team • Maintain store cleanliness, display aesthetics, and VM standards • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS operations • Support with staff scheduling and performance tracking • Ensure adherence to company policies and grooming standards ⸻ 🎯 Requirements: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a retail/fashion store (assistant or leadership role) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Customer-first attitude with good problem-solving ability • Basic knowledge of billing systems & inventory processes • Willingness to work weekends/festive days (rotational)
