Assistant Store Manager – Kapra Daily Supermarket

Kanichukulangara – Cherthala

Chalakkudy

Shifts: Rotational

Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are hiring a strong, energetic, and responsible Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations at our newly opening Kapra Daily Supermarkets.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations

Supervise store staff and oversee shift activities

Manage inventory and stock updates

Support customer service and billing operations

Ensure store cleanliness and proper display

Take responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in supermarket/store operations

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Good communication and system knowledge

Energetic, responsible, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
