Assistant Store Manager

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their requirements, take accurate orders, and provide appropriate product recommendations while ensuring a premium customer experience. Your role will involve coordinating with the Head Office to track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Additionally, you will maintain an updated swatch library that is well-organized, easily accessible, and regularly refreshed to facilitate smooth client presentations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions, and sharing regular updates with management. - Conducting regular inventory audits, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring that IBTs (Inter-Branch Transfers) are cleared promptly without pending backlogs. - Monitoring product displays and overall store presentation to ensure alignment with brand standards. - Ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, including cleanliness, staff coordination, and readiness for client visits. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Coordinating closely with the management team to share performance updates, client feedback, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement. - Supporting marketing initiatives, in-store events, and promotional activities as required.
