Key Responsibilities

As a Asst Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and staff performance while ensuring high-quality service. Your duties will include:

• Developing and implementing business development strategies
• Hiring, training, and reviewing staff performance
• Overseeing inventory, ordering supplies, and vendor management
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Designing/updating spa menus and promotional materials
• Handling marketing campaigns and customer engagement
• Managing budgets, payroll, and financial reports
• Scheduling staff shifts and ensuring smooth operations
• Addressing customer queries and maintaining high satisfaction
• Maintaining and updating client database

Required Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge is essential
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a team

Eligibility

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Experienced candidates in wellness, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare sectors will be given preference.
