Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant- Sales & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and closing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software applications.
