Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Drive new client acquisition through strategic outreach, meetings, and consistent follow-ups Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets Manage and update client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business Provide advisory services for buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties Assist in negotiation processes, representing buyers or sellers as needed Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales efficiency Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Quick learner with a proactive approach Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in managing and retaining client relationships Self-motivated and target-oriented Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for client visits Note: Recognized with a salary hike in the previous role due to consistent performance and contribution to sales growth.
