Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Sales Manager at our Kolkata office. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing travel arrangements for the clients' of B2B Travel Agents & direct B2C Clients. Daily tasks include consulting with agents & clients to understand their travel preferences, researching and recommending destinations and travel packages, booking flights and accommodations, and handling travel documentation. You will also assist clients with travel insurance, visa requirements, and any special requests or travel issues that may arise during their journey.

Salary

Salary - 15000/- Per Month Fixed Salary + Conveyance (Negotiable for Suitable Candidate)

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning, customer service, and agent/client consultation
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and travel regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a travel agency or similar role is preferred
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
