Job Description

MYK Laticrete Interim Sales Representative is part of the core team and is involved with all aspects of MYK Laticrete sales programs to ensure company goals are achieved. Primary responsibility is to generate sales in the assigned targeted territories. Role & responsibilities Proven experience in managing and growing retail sales within an assigned territory, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to identify and appoint new dealers and expand the customer base effectively. Experience in engaging with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to promote and recommend products. Ability to coordinate effectively between dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Skilled in delivering product knowledge sessions and technical training to dealers, customers, and applicators. Capable of implementing market development initiatives to drive sales and increase market share. Proficient in managing collections and ensuring timely payments as per company commercial policies. Excellent communication skills to explain payment terms clearly and maintain accountability with dealers and customers. Experience in monitoring dealer stock levels and managing market credit efficiently. Strong reporting skills with the ability to update management and HQ regularly on field activities. Adept at collecting market intelligence and identifying competitor activities to inform strategy. Strategic thinker with the ability to collaborate with branch managers to safeguard and grow market share. Committed to continuous personal and professional development, including enhancing product knowledge and industry expertise. Able to communicate technical product details confidently to architects and interior designers. Preferred candidate profile Well-connected within construction community in the assigned region. Strong understanding of the local geography and market dynamics. Familiarity with the construction industry and building material products is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Self-driven with a strong, assertive, and target-oriented sales personality. Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 4 to 9 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the stone, stone care, or stone adhesive segment.
