Assistant Sales Manager for very re-owned Co-Working Space based in Lower Parel West, Mumbai. Salary - up to 7 LPA Fixed Apply only if you are from Real Estate/Co-Working Space Industry. Job description As a Sales Assistant Manager , you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and brand expansion for one of the re-owned co-working space. You'll work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve 100% occupancy in our centers and boost revenue through various offerings like desks, memberships, and meeting rooms. Your role involves: Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Actively generate leads through online and in-person marketing, conduct tours for potential clients and brokers, and ensure consistent revenue growth across all services. Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities, including pricing and new market entries. Network Leveraging: Build and maintain strong relationships with IPCs and DPCs to automate lead generation, and onboard new channel partners. Client Relationship Management: Develop new client networks, understand existing client needs, coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requirements, and keep clients informed of company progress.
