Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager in the shipping and freight forwarding industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing strong relationships, and driving successful business deals. You will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Your ability to generate qualified leads, prepare accurate sales reports, and present market insights to senior management will be key to your success in this dynamic role. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven sales experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry. A deep understanding of import/export procedures, freight terms, and logistics operations is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required, along with a results-driven mindset and the capacity to work independently and lead initiatives. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field will be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a fixed morning shift schedule, based in Malappuram, Kerala. Prior experience in sales is preferred, and the expected start date is 17/07/2025.
