Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations. Daily tasks will include coordinating with potential clients, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in the training and mentoring of junior sales staff.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development
Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Jaipur
Ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in real estate sales is a plus
