Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting with daily sales operations, managing and developing customer relationships, providing property information and advice, maintaining records, and supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales performance. Additional duties include conducting market research, generating leads, and closing property deals to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, especially metro cities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market research and lead generation
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
