About The Position

The position will be based out at Q3 Technologies, Gurgaon /Mumbai and will report to the AVP-Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions that meet their technical and business objectives.

  • Conduct presentations to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.

  • Track sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.

  • Experience with selling AI solutions is a plus

  • Promoting the organization and its various service offerings

  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM/BE/BTECH

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Sales/Business Development function of an IT Services organization
