Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager at Treat Hotels & Resorts, a Hospitality division of Mundra Group, you will play a vital role in the Regional Sales Office in Surat. We are looking for individuals with a passion for the hotel industry and prior experience in sales. With 4 years of Hotel/Hospitality Industry experience being a must, you will be responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales, setting and achieving sales goals, and identifying new business opportunities to increase sales. You will work closely with the Sales Department, representing our hotels in various events and exhibitions. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate leadership skills will be essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, effective sales strategies, and problem-solving abilities are key requirements for this role. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales action plans, conducting daily sales calls, and building long-term business relationships. Collaborating with the Revenue Manager, you will ensure that proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels. Additionally, you will work on acquiring and developing new business accounts, preparing sales proposals for clients, and targeting key accounts potential for the company. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in Hotels/Hospitality and 2 years of experience in Sales, we encourage you to apply.
