Sales Manager

The Sales Manager position requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess a 3-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, along with empathy towards customers and colleagues, attention to detail, and a warm, confident, and hospitable personality. Treat Hotels & Resorts, a division of Mundra Group based in Western India, is currently operating 7 hotels and resorts with plans for expansion in various locations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage corporate and travel agent room sales for the hotel. - Understand the hotel's business strategies, set goals, and develop action plans to achieve them. - Identify new markets, business opportunities, and increase sales. - Represent the hotel in events and exhibitions. - Execute sales action plans as per the marketing strategy. - Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspections for corporate clients. - Maintain prompt communication with properties and build long-term relationships. - Provide high-quality customer service at all times. - Collaborate with the revenue manager to ensure financial goals are met. - Develop relationships with the front office team to work towards common goals. - Accompany the sales team on client visits to support account development. - Attend department and hotel meetings as required. - Target key accounts for business development. - Strengthen customer relationships for future bookings. - Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. - Acquire and develop new business accounts and prepare sales proposals. - Follow up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time.
