The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, welcoming clients, showcasing our premium range of corporate gifting products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing product information and quotations.
• Welcome and assist visiting clients, guiding them through our product display and samples.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate gifting solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain client records and follow up to convert leads into sales.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate gifting, merchandising, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
