As a part of the team at Mufubu, you will play a key role in the following areas: - Converting Website Leads into Orders through the Abandoned Cart Process. - Ensuring the genuineness of Cash on Delivery Orders before processing through the COD Confirmation Process. - Resolving Customer issues and ensuring timely delivery of all packages as part of the NDR process. - Submitting Daily MIS reports in the designated format to track and analyze key metrics.
