Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager at Lubi Electronics in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we are looking for a dynamic individual with 4 to 6 years of experience in sales within the Test & Measurement and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Project Engineering, DAQ Solutions, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. The role requires PAN India travel to meet clients and explore business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and promote Test & Measurement, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Project Engineering, and DAQ Solutions. - Develop strategies to exceed sales targets in assigned territories. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities. - Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring the right solutions for their needs. - Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions to clients. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet customer requirements. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to build brand presence and network with clients. - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management. - Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer requirements. Requirements: - 4 to 6 years of sales experience in Test & Measurement Applications and Automated Test Equipment (ATE). - Understanding of Project Engineering, DAQ Solutions, and related industries. - Technical background in Electronics and Communication (EC), Instrumentation and Control (IC), or related field. - Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel across PAN India. - Knowledge of Test & Measurement and ATE technologies trends is a plus. Qualification: - BE/Diploma in Electronics and Communication (EC), Instrumentation and Control (IC), or Equivalent. - Strong technical background in Test & Measurement Applications, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), or DAQ Solutions is preferred.
