Job Description

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and engage with potential clients, particularly in the automotive and EV sectors.
Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
Generate new leads through market research, industry events, and networking.
Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with sales targets.
Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Support the product team in customer feedback and product improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Automotive or Electric Vehicle product sales and marketing
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a sales cycle end-to-end.
Technical understanding of EV products is a strong advantage.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Business Administration or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or equivalent is a plus.
3 to 8 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Automotive or EV industry.
