Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, particularly in the automotive and EV sectors.
  • Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Generate new leads through market research, industry events, and networking.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Support the product team in customer feedback and product improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Automotive or Electric Vehicle product sales and marketing

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Technical understanding of EV products is a strong advantage.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering / Business Administration or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent is a plus.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales within the Automotive or EV industry.
