Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, site visits, and marketing campaigns
  
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects to customers
  
• Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients
  
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper sales funnel data
  
• Negotiate and close sales deals as per company policies
  
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for documentation and booking formalities
  
• Maintain customer records, feedback, and post-sales coordination
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events
  
• Keep track of competitor projects and market trends

• Basic knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, and documentation (preferred)
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM software
  

Qualification & Experience

• Any graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
  
• 15 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers can be considered)
  
• Experience in residential/commercial property sales is an advantage
  

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
  
• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
  
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
