Job Description

As an Assistant Manager Sales at GOOD ENOUGH in Noida / G.Noida, your role will involve the following: - Customer understanding: You will be responsible for deeply understanding customer needs and preferences to tailor our sales approach accordingly. - Lead conversion: Your primary focus will be on converting leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products. - Field sales experience: You should be well-versed in field sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth. - Open to traveling: Willingness to travel to meet clients and prospects is essential for this role. - Channel sales and Dealer & Distribution management experience (optional): Experience in managing channel sales and dealer networks will be advantageous. - Preference to candidates with experience on CRM software: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, SAP, Power BI, or similar tools, will be beneficial. - Excellent analytical skills: Strong analytical abilities will help you in making data-driven sales decisions.
