About the Role

As a Credit Card Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing the credit card sales vertical. You’ll manage a team of executives, oversee end-to-end sourcing, and ensure smooth coordination with bank/NBFC partners for approvals and activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives / Field Officers
• Drive card sales through field campaigns, kiosks, partner tie-ups, and telecalling
• Coordinate with bank partners for smoother application processing and TAT
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and activation targets
• Conduct training and performance reviews for the sales team
• Ensure accurate KYC collection, eligibility checks, and compliance adherence
• Identify high-potential customer segments and implement local-level campaigns
• Track team performance through MIS reports, dashboards, and daily reviews

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in credit card sales or similar financial product sales
• Prior experience in team handling is preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and target orientation
• Familiarity with card products from banks like HDFC, Axis, ICICI, SBI, etc.
• Must be comfortable with field activities and managing local networks

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
