Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Forecast revenue and create business plans.
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Act as a point of contact for negotiations and problem resolution.
  • Oversee the sale, leasing, and marketing of commercial properties such as office buildings, retail spaces.
  • Ensure properties are marketed effectively through online platforms, signage, and networking.
  • Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Work with legal teams to prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for the Senior Management.
  • Calling & managing data in sales force.
  • Commercial sales & catering to booked customers, Assisting channel partner during site visits.
