Assistant Sales Manager

You will be joining our automobile dealership team as a Sales Manager. Your main responsibility will be to lead the sales team and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Managing and motivating the sales team to reach their sales goals while delivering excellent customer service will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all sales documentation. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Hold a graduate degree. - Have 2-3 years of experience working as a sales manager in the automobile dealership industry. - Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and motivation are essential.
