Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager - Banca insurance, located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, coordinating with bank partners, providing training and support to sales teams, and conducting regular market analysis. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy, Target Achievement, and Market Analysis skills
• Experience in coordinating with bank partners and providing training and support to sales teams
• Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proven track record in sales management, particularly in the insurance sector, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
