**Job Description**
Aditya Birla Health Insurance is hiring an **Area Sales Manager** for its **IDFC Bank Banca Channel**. The role involves handling assigned IDFC Bank branches, driving health insurance sales, and managing relationships with the branch teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
Drive sales of Health Insurance products through assigned IDFC Bank branches
Conduct regular branch visits, product training & joint calls with bank staff
Achieve monthly business targets (premium & policies)
Maintain strong relationship with Branch Managers & sales teams
Generate leads, follow-up, and close sales
Support branch teams with customer meetings, presentations & objections handling
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and customer satisfaction
Track daily business reports and share updates with seniors
Manage and motivate bank staff to increase business productivity
**Eligibility Criteria**
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in Life/Health Insurance Banca Channel
Strong knowledge of bank relationship management
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work under target-driven environment
Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
Candidates with experience in IDFC / HDFC / ICICI / SBI / Axis Banca preferred
