Assistant Sales Manager

• Minimum of 2 years real estate industry experience in sales.
• Submitting DWR (Daily Work Report) and WWR (Weekly Work Report) monthly and quarterly report.
• To achieve required sales targets in the given timeframe.
• Maintaining leads follow-up and updating their comments on CRM.
• Inbound and Outbound calls.
• Converting Prospect clients to sales closure.
• Conduct Market Research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers.
• Give advice to the real estate development team based on the findings.
• Help to Plan, develop and execute sales strategies.
• Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
• Events Activity as and when instructed by Team head.
• High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
• Assisting and conducting site visits with clients.
• Conveyance is a must.
• Office data protection is a key responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
