Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region (North, South, or West).
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve

    revenue and market share targets

  • Drive B2B sales for the company's diverse range of products including caps, closures, and PET packaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with

    corporate clients

    , hospitals, R&D centers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to close deals.

2. Market Expansion & Client Acquisition

  • Explore new territories and industries within the region to expand market reach.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions from the company's product portfolio.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent post-sales support.

3. Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain and update

    MIS Management Information Systems)

    for tracking sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, detailing sales performance and growth plans.

4. Travel & Client Engagement

  • Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Use various travel modes as per the company's travel policy.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions, trade shows, and exhibitions.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the

    marketing, R&D, and product development

    teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with other regional sales teams to share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain open communication with senior leadership, providing updates on market conditions and client feedback.
