Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing front-of-house operations

Supervise and support service staff to ensure high service standards

Handle guest relations, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service

Monitor hygiene, quality, and presentation standards

Ensure smooth shift management, staff scheduling, and inventory control

Help organize events and promotions to drive footfall

Ideal Candidate:

Female, with 2–4 years of experience in a similar hospitality role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer-focused, presentable, and well-spoken

Ability to manage high-pressure situations with confidence

Familiar with POS systems, billing, and restaurant operations

Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and evenings
