Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Wayanad. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service. Tasks include supervising staff, managing food and beverage services, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Additional duties involve assisting in hiring and training new employees, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Experience with Food & Beverage management and operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in Hiring and training staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
