Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.

Experience

Candidates with electronics manufacturing industry experience are preferred.

Language

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Knowledge

Proficient in end-to-end recruitment processes, behavioral interviewing (STAR method), and talent assessment tools.

Technical Skills

Proficient in naukri , LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.

Job Requirements

Talent Sourcing

Independently manage job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Proactively source target candidates via channels (job boards/social media/referrals).

Recruitment Delivery

Manage junior to mid-level vacancies, ensuring timely closure of critical roles.
Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to enhance candidate experience.

Data Analysis

Monitor recruitment metrics (interview/offer acceptance rates) and generate reports.
Optimize sourcing strategies based on data insights.

Collaboration

Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and team culture.
Collaborate with the HR manager to define job descriptions and recruitment plans.

Soft Skills

Strong communication, resilience, and multitasking abilities.
Proactive attitude with keen awareness of talent market trends.
