• Owning operational performance benchmarks, from start to end

• Perform monthly closing activities including month end performance reviews.

• Work closely with various functions including Quality, Training and WFM to achieve process targets.

• Leading and providing governance to a team of Team Leaders as per defined span, while driving healthy competition and yet working together for common business goals.

• Analyzing processes for possible improvements or issues, proactively identifying and proposing solutions.

• Participating in Client facing meetings and discussions with proactive insights on process and people, aimed at ensuring fruitful client relationship.

• Ensuring timely reporting and communication with team and other functions, as required from time to time, based on business requirement.
