Job Description

Key Responsibilities

US healthcare immediate joiners only.

  • Team and

    Process Management: Assistant manager

    • Lead and mentor an RCM team, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client deliverables.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the revenue cycle.
  • RCM Operations:

    • Oversee billing and claims resubmission, retrieve necessary documents, and handle adjustments and credit balances.
    • Resolve rejected and denied claims through corrections and appeals.
    • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, conducting follow-ups to minimize write-offs and optimize cash flow.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards within US healthcare.
    • Monitor quality, provide feedback, and conduct regular audits to maintain process accuracy and efficiency.
  • Staff Training and Development:

    • Provide training and support to staff on RCM systems and processes.
    • Develop and implement training programs and developmental plans to minimize staff attrition and boost engagement.
  • Client and Stakeholder Interaction:

    • Act as a point of contact for client communication, ensuring client expectations are met.
    • Collaborate with internal departments like medical billing and denial management to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Several years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, particularly in US healthcare, is often required.
  • Leadership & Team Management:

    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, handle escalations, and manage performance.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficiency with RCM software, medical billing, claims management, and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries and billing issues.
  • Knowledge:

    In-depth knowledge of US healthcare billing and claims processes, payer rules, and regulatory requirements.
