Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Quality In-Charge to join our team at our RMC plant. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Civil Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in quality control, mix design, and laboratory testing in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Quality In-Charge in overseeing all aspects of quality control at the RMC plant. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and procedures. Conduct daily testing of concrete materials (aggregates, cement, admixtures) and finished products. Assist in the development and modification of concrete mix designs based on project requirements and customer specifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, test reports, and calibration records. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of quality concrete. Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints. Ensure proper upkeep and calibration of laboratory equipment. Stay updated with relevant industry standards (IS codes, ASTM, etc.). Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in a Ready-Mix Concrete plant environment. Strong knowledge of concrete technology, materials testing, and relevant industry standards. Proficiency in using lab equipment and software for report generation. Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
