Role Overview: As an Assistant QS & Estimation for commercial interior fitout projects in Pune, you will be a key member of the Central Cost Team. Your role will involve managing costs throughout all project stages, from budgeting and estimation to billing and closure. Your strong analytical, coordination, and people management skills will be essential in ensuring the profitability and timely execution of multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site visits for due diligence and prepare budgetary estimates for new projects. - Manage cost planning and monitoring across the project life cycle. - Prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQs) and tender documents based on final designs. - Coordinate with clients for all commercial management aspects of the project. - Assist in procurement activities, including supporting with Bill of Materials and ensuring timely delivery. - Analyze project variations, prepare variation statements, and ensure compliance with item specifications. - Prepare and submit project bills, as well as maintain vendor billing certification for financial closure. - Manage people-related issues both internally and externally throughout the project.
