ASSISTANT PURCHASE MANAGER / SR. PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of Ayurvedic products by implementing GMP standards, conducting in-process and final inspections, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with production and R&D teams to uphold regulatory requirement

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experienced & working in purchase cum procurement unit
• Managing Vendors, price negotiation and focusing on buying goods, materials and services
• Exposure Regarding Purchase Requisition Creation, Purchase Order Creation & approvals
• Monitoring purchase & commercial documentation
• Vendor Communication regarding works allocated
• Vendor registration, Approvals as well as timely payments
• Prioritizing work according to specifications of organizational projects & business needs
• Souricing materials, goods products and services and negotiating the best effective
