Assistant Purchasing Manager

As an Assistant Purchase Manager in Contracting at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying contractors, conducting rate analysis, and managing material procurement. Your responsibilities will include: - Making comparisons and negotiations with contractors - Performing rate analysis for various projects - Creating and processing work orders with detailed terms and conditions - Sourcing and identifying reliable suppliers for material procurement - Conducting supplier enquiries, comparisons, negotiations, and obtaining approvals - Placing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery - Coordinating with site teams for material quality checks, quantity confirmation, and challan processing - Maintaining all relevant records such as purchase orders, challans, invoice copies, approvals, negotiation files, etc. Qualifications required for this role include a B. Com degree or any other graduation qualification, along with: - 8-10 years of experience in procurement or purchase - Proficiency in well-known accounting processes - Knowledge of Tally/ERP software with advanced skills in Excel If you are a male candidate with the required qualifications and experience, the salary range for this position is between 60,000/- to 65,000/- per month.
