Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Property Manager - Technical, your main responsibility will be to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are carried out in accordance with company policies and client directives. You will oversee various aspects of property management, including maintenance, asset management, safety compliance, and client relationship management. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and implement asset management, ensuring all preventative maintenance services are delivered in compliance with safety guidelines and site requirements. - Manage site operations to minimize disruptions to client business operations. - Conduct property condition audits as per contract requirements. - Implement safety measures in accordance with legislation and customer safety requirements. - Respond promptly to building maintenance requests and implement ongoing contract programs to address needs. - Inspect the facility, systems, and common areas, reporting any findings to the Reporting Manager. - Compile accurate and timely site-specific documentation and reports, including emergency procedures manual and annual property conditions report. - Assist in developing capital budgets and maintenance plans for the facility. - Collect and analyze statistical data to assess facility management objectives. - Manage client relationships and act as an escalation point when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and savings tracking. - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in both non-technical and technical asset types. - Experience in maintenance, construction, engineering, and facility operation preferred. - Work Order Management experience is a plus.
