Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and services.
  • Oversee maintenance activities, including HVAC, MEP systems, DG sets, and building maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical services such as repairs and renovations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure environment for residents.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by handling correspondence, reports, and other documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 7-10 years of experience in property management or related field (facility management).
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree from any specialization; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP installations, DG sets operation & maintenance; ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
