Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Assistant Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce and Power BI. The role involves managing multiple client projects, coordinating with US-based teams, and ensuring smooth collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both technical and business aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

  • Assist in end-to-end project planning, milestone definition, and timeline management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Salesforce developers, data analysts, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and client communication decks.
  • Support requirement gathering, documentation, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

2. Salesforce Operations

  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks: configuration, workflows, validation rules, custom objects, reports, etc.
  • Maintain data quality, conduct system audits, and support user management.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce functionalities.
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers for enhancements and issue resolutions.

3. Data Analytics (Power BI)

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Work with business teams to define KPIs, metrics, and visualization requirements.
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation for reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, optimized data models, and dashboard usability.

4. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Manage client interactions during US shift hours and provide regular project updates.
  • Handle client feedback, manage expectations, and translate needs into actionable tasks.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and communication among internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Admin/Technical).
  • Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI: dashboards, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
  • Power BI or Data Analytics certifications (preferred).
