About the Role

Assistant Manager – Electronics

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electronics design modules under the guidance of Manager/CTO.
• Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and embedded firmware.
• Support prototype development, validation, and pilot production.
• Coordinate with QA/RA for documentation and compliance activities.
• Troubleshoot field issues and support product improvements.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers.
• Liaise with PCB vendors, component suppliers, and manufacturers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / ECE / Instrumentation.
• 5–8 years of hands-on electronics development experience.
• Strong experience in embedded systems and PCB design.
• Exposure to medical devices or regulated electronics is a plus.
• Good documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Surat.
