Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks and activities related to ongoing projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring project timelines are met and deliverables are achieved. - Assisting in the tracking and evaluation of employee performance. - Collaborating with teams from different departments to facilitate communication and coordination. - Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency. - Managing data by accurately entering and updating information in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and integrity. - Quantity surveying tasks such as BBS, fitting estimations as per site conditions, and site level material reconciliation tracking. To excel in this role, you should have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering/MBA/M.Tech in Construction Management with 3-5 years of experience in similar projects. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is mandatory. Additionally, you should possess the following general competencies: - Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think long-term and make decisions contributing to the organization's strategic direction. - Team Coordination: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment. - Time Management: Skill in managing time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and consistently meeting deadlines. - Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, considering even the smallest elements. - Effective Communication: Skill in articulating ideas clearly, actively listening, and fostering open communication. - Leadership: Ability to influence and motivate others, especially in dealing with a team of 10+ persons. - Email Etiquette: Understanding the importance of professional communication via email.
