The Assistant Project Lead-Electrical supports the Project Lead in managing and executing electrical engineering projects. This role involves assisting with project coordination, technical oversight, and team management to ensure successful delivery of electrical systems within scope, budget, and timeline.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Project Lead in planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrical engineering projects Help develop and review electrical system designs, specifications, and drawings Support in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with design specifications Assist in preparing technical reports, change orders, and project documentation Help identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues related to electrical systems Support quality control processes and ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and codes Contribute to client presentations and progress meetings Assist in mentoring junior electrical engineers and technicians Support the procurement process for electrical equipment and materials Help prepare project proposals and cost estimates for electrical systemsQualifications:Bachelors degree in electrical engineering 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, DIALux) Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC) Experience with project management tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with good organizational skillsDesired Skills:
