As a Finance Lecturer, your role involves delivering engaging and high-impact lectures and workshops across various areas, including: - Accounting Standards, IFRS & Ind AS - Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, Income Tax) - Corporate Finance, Financial Management & Auditing - Derivatives, Risk Management, Investment Analysis & Business Valuation - Financial Modelling & Data-Driven Decision-Making You will also be responsible for teaching emerging and technology-driven finance topics, such as: - FinTech Applications in Accounting and Finance - Blockchain in Accounting & Auditing - AI & Machine Learning for Financial Decision-Making - Sustainable and ESG Finance In addition to teaching, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, reviewing, and continuously upgrading the curriculum in alignment with ICAI standards, industry trends, and the digital transformation of finance. - Mentoring and guiding students preparing for professional certifications including CA, CFA, CPA, CMA, and other global credentials. - Integrating case-based learning, live projects, simulations, and ERP tools (SAP, Tally, Oracle Finance) to strengthen practical financial understanding. - Collaborating with industry professionals for guest sessions, corporate tie-ups, and live consulting projects to enhance student employability and real-world readiness. - Engaging in applied research, academic publications, and consulting projects in areas of Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Financial Technologies.
