Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful sessions on Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Personality Development, and Placement Readiness.
• Train students in Group Discussions, Public Speaking, Interview Skills, and Resume Building.
• Use interactive, activity-based teaching methods to enhance learning.
• Assess students’ performance and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with training and academic teams to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Represent Six Phrase professionally during campus training engagements.

Required Qualifications

• BA & MA in English (mandatory).
• Must have cleared UGC-NET / SET or hold a PhD in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Immediate joiner only.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in communication or soft skills training.
• Confidence in handling large student groups.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management abilities.
